Scott O’Donnell, CHPA, MA, is a nationally recognized healthcare and labor-benefits leader with over 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, organizational collaboration, and mental health advocacy.
Certified in Healthcare Protection Administration and a Master’s-level behavioral health expertise with a lifelong commitment to empowering working families.
Since 2023, Scott has worked closely with union leadership nationwide — including AFL-CIO Affiliates, IBEW and Teamsters — delivering zero-cost IRS Section 125 IRC Cafeteria Plan programs. He has deep experience in hospitals, mental health facilities, and behavioral health initiatives.
