Tennessee AFL-CIO Labor Council –34th Biennial Convention

Scott O’Donnell was honored to attend and personally sponsor the Tennessee AFL-CIO Labor Council’s 34th Biennial Convention in Murfreesboro. The gathering brought together labor leaders, delegates, and advocates from across the South, united in their mission to strengthen workers’ rights, support union families, and advance the future of labor throughout the region.

Scott O’Donnell: Sponsor, Presenter & Advocate for Working Families

As both a sponsor and featured presenter, Scott played a meaningful role in the convention’s educational and collaborative sessions. He shared insights into how IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plan pre-tax health and wellness programs are creating immediate and lasting financial benefits for working families across the South.

Scott’s participation reflected his long-standing values of Integrity, Honor, Excellence, and Service to Others, and his unwavering commitment to supporting labor councils and union leadership throughout the region.

Championing Innovation for Working Families

Throughout the event, Scott engaged delegates and union officers in conversations about expanding access to compliant, IRS-approved pre-tax benefit programs designed to support both workers and employers.

Discussion highlights included:

  • Expanding access to pre-tax health and wellness programs
  • Delivering guaranteed financial relief through tax-advantaged savings
  • Strengthening bargaining power with high-value supplemental benefits
  • Improving member retention, satisfaction, and overall well-being across locals
The enthusiastic response from leaders across multiple states underscored the growing interest in bringing practical, compliant, worker-focused financial solutions to union members.
